The Cable Company's "Frequent Flyer" Program of sliding discounts and freight incentives begins with purchases of only $100 domestically, or $300 internationally.

We offer a sliding scale discount based on the value of your current order plus the total business you have done with us in the past. This means the more you buy from us, the better your discount will be on each subsequent purchase! Discounts and incentives apply to all orders over $50. 

In some cases we run special sales which offer even better prices than our Frequent Flyer program would provide. In these cases the Special price supersedes the Frequent Flyer discount. Our Used Products already have big discounts built in and are not eligible for Frequent Flyer! Some manufacturers restrict our ability to offer discounts, in these cases Frequent Flyer will not apply. With The Cable Company you can always be assured that we will apply the best available discount to your order!

Specials discounts will usually appear in your shopping cart, however, Frequent Flyer discounts are applied post-checkout. If you'd like to know your final price before checking out, including any discounts your order may be eligible for or how much expedited shipping will be, please choose "Final Price Request" as your checkout option. You won't be asked for payment at that time, only after we've made all the adjustments, so you can see the final price before completing your order.

Freight costs will be applied to your on-line and other orders using these guidelines: Within the continental USA we offer FREE surface freight for terminated cables (unterminated bulk cable not included) and small item purchases over $50. For expedited freight, orders under $50, unterminated bulk cable, heavyweight or large items such as racks and some acoustic treatments, and for all Used Items, freight costs will be calculated using this schedule:

Express Mail will be calculated at the same rates as UPS/FedEx 2 day air (above). For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico only US Priority Mail, Express Mail, 2 Day and Next Day services are available. Add $3.99 to any of the above rates to determine the freight cost for these shipments.

We offer a sliding discount scale based on the value of your current order plus the total business you have done with us in the past. This means the larger your cumulative purchases from us become over time, the bigger the discount on each subsequent purchase!

When your total orders (including the current transaction) exceed $1000 you qualify for a 5% additional discount on all eligible new product purchases. Once the total orders exceed $1500, the discount percentage will increase to 7%. These discounts will also apply to all future orders.

We invite our International Customers to take full advantage of all Cable Company services, except for the “Cable Library,” which is only offered in the USA. But you can still benefit from the data we collect when audiophiles are trying cables at home in their systems. When we receive feedback on what cables work with what components we track this information in our “Cable/ Component Matching Database.” We can use this data as the source of recommendations for cables and other components for you to use in your system.

Lowest price: Overseas customers can take advantage of the lowest domestic USA prices including discounts and special offers, and can further benefit from favorable exchange fluctuations. Furthermore, your purchase is free of all U.S. taxes. Local customs or other levies are for the account of the purchaser. Note: not all products are available for shipment to all locations.

Payment for purchases: is to be made in advance by credit card (VISA/Barclaycard, Mastercard/Access, American Express, Discover), US bank draft in USD, Bank Wire Transfer, or Paypal.

Overseas customers can take full advantage of our shipping services!

Freight costs: Overseas customers receive pro-rated shipping, another advantage of shopping with us! For NEW terminated cables (unterminated bulk cable not included) and small item purchases over $300, we offer a $38-48 flat charge for UPS, FedEx and DHL (using customer's account only). Express Mail Service (EMS) may be available depending on location. For international orders under $300, bulk unterminated cables, orders over 2.45Kg (or subject to dimensional weight), and USED items, freight costs will be calculated using the schedule below:

Express Mail aka EMS (where available) will be calculated at the same rates as Air Courier services
