Chord Company

Founded in 1985, the Chord Company mission has been to deliver the most neutral HiFi cabling, neither adding nor taking away from the music. Founder Sally Kennedy started the company in her home, building the very first cables in her kitchen! Quickly exceeding the capacity of each new production facility, Chord made its final move to its current Wiltshire UK location in 2004. Originally concentrated on building interconnects, Chord Company cables had early success with Cobra RCA and XLR interconnect cables followed by the Chord Chameleon analog cables- which are still in the line-up today and selling better than ever.
