CD35 Prisma

CD35 Prisma is a complete digital music media source, providing CD disc, stored and streamed music file playback, along with wired and wireless connectivity and control capabilities.

Technology

A state-of-the-art dedicated CD drive supplies a jitter-free digital signal to an all-new DAC stage utilising a superb-sounding eight channel ESS Sabre chipset to convert that signal to analog for delivery to a finely tuned output stage.

Each component part of CD35 Prisma – the drive, the DAC, and the output stage – work together in balance and harmony, contributing to what is the best CD player Primare has ever offered.

Prisma

CD35 Prisma features Prisma, Primare’s new whole-home, high-fidelity control and connectivity solution. Prisma provides multi-room/multi-zone connectivity and control for playback of stored and streamed media, wired or wireless, all managed from any mobile device through a dedicated system control app. In addition to Bluetooth®, AirPlay, and Spotify Connect, Prisma features Chromecast built-in, a unique streaming portal allowing effortless direct connection to hundreds of streaming applications.

CD35

For those who wish to have a player dedicated solely to CD playback, CD35 is available, without Prisma control and connectivity technology, but with the same extraordinary drive, DAC and output stage as the CD35 Prisma. Prisma technology can be added as a plug-in module at a later date.

DD35

For those who need a dedicated CD transport to connect to a DAC, like that found in our I35 DAC or I35 Prisma, DD35 is available; without Prisma control and connectivity technology and DAC, but with the same extraordinary drive as the CD35 and CD35 Prisma.
