The Acoustic Signa­ture Tango MK3 phono preamp­lifier defi­nitely plays like a much bigger unit! The reso­nance-opti­mized, anti-mag­netic chassis is made of a solid alu­minum block. The double-sided circuit board is equip­ped exclu­sively with quality compo­nents from esta­blished brand manu­factu­rers and laid out using SMD design to keep the signal paths as short as possible.

Ensuring abso­lute power stability with no risk of inter­feren­ce with the phono signal, the over-dimen­sioned power supply is outboard. Tango Mk3's RIAA equa­liza­tion deli­vers extre­mely accurate values, delivering a maximum of 0.2 dB accuracy! This com­plex circuit design features addi­tional local elec­trolytic capa­citors for stabi­lization and an effec­tive sub­sonic filter which guaran­tees minimal distortion as well as maxi­mum hum and noise reduction. The Tango MK3 offers selec­table gain via rear panel mounted DIP switches, as well as a variety of load impe­dance confi­gu­rations ensuring compatibility with a very wide array of cartridges.
