The Caprice I Speaker Cable (Pair)

The Caprice I
The Caprice I isn’t just another speaker cable; it’s a masterclass in American-made audio engineering designed to elevate your listening experience without emptying your savings. By combining elite materials with a versatile termination system, this cable brings professional-grade clarity to any home setup.

The Engineering Behind the Sound
At the heart of the Caprice I is a sophisticated conductor architecture designed for pure, uncolored signal transfer.

• RSC® Technology: Each (+) and (-) path utilizes seven Rectangular Solid Core conductors. This unique geometry minimizes the “skin effect” found in round cables, ensuring every frequency arrives at your speakers in perfect time.
• 8N Pure Copper: TARA Labs uses 99.999999% pure, oxygen-free copper (SA-OF8N®). It’s super-annealed and frequency-tuned to eliminate the harshness often found in lesser cables.
• Pressure Grouping: The 14 AWG conductors are “Pressure Grouped” to maintain structural integrity and electrical consistency across the entire length of the cable.
• SVPE Dielectric: An extruded primary dielectric keeps the signal clean and protected from interference.

The BSM Advantage: Flexibility Guaranteed
Stop worrying about whether your next amplifier or set of speakers uses different inputs. The Caprice I features TARA Labs' Banana Spade Modules (BSM). This modular system allows you to effortlessly switch between gold-plated bananas and spades, making it the most future-proof component in your rack.

The Sonic Signature
What does all that tech actually sound like? In a word: Balanced.

• Solid Bass:  Tight, rhythmic, and punchy without the “mush.”
• Rich Mid-range:  Vocals feel present, warm, and authentic.
• Nuanced Highs:  Smooth extension that reveals spatial cues without causing fatigue.
• Clarity:  An open soundstage that lets you hear exactly where every instrument is placed.

Craftsmanship You Can Trust
Every Caprice I cable is hand-crafted in Oregon, USA by artisans who care about your music as much as you do. Because TARA Labs believes in the quality of their work, every cable comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Whether you’re a seasoned audiophile or just starting your journey, the Caprice I is the affordable high-end upgrade your music system has been waiting for.
