Stratus 10 Power Cord

Stratus is Wireworld’s entry-level power conditioning cord, but thanks to the world-class noise-canceling Fluxfield design and ultra-quiet COMPOSILEX 5 insulation, it clearly outperforms high-end audiophile power cords selling for much higher prices. The improvements most often reported by owners include greater clarity, more impactful bass and reduced listening fatigue. The high-end flat design is also more flexible than other shielded 12AWG power cords and the silver-clad plug contacts make quieter, lower loss connections than the Gold and Rhodium used on other audiophile power cords. Since Wireworld power conditioning cords function as filters, longer lengths provide higher performance.

Wireworld offers a Custom Fabrication program for their power cords. While their molded plug cables are produced overseas in large quantities which keeps the price low, each Custom Fabrication cable is hand-built at Wireworld's factory in Florida. 

Custom Fabrication cables are built using the exact same wire as their pre-terminated counterparts, however, instead of molded plugs they receive Wireworld's premium barrel connectors. The Custom Fabrication program allows Wireworld to build a cable precisely to your specifications and can be terminated with either a high-quality 15A IEC or a high-current C19 (aka 20A) IEC.

Although Custom Fabrication cables are available in fairly short lengths, Wireworld power cords provide a measure of passive filtration to the AC signal flowing through them, thus a longer cable will sound better than a shorter one.

NOTE: Custom Fabrication cables by their very definition are special order items. Although they come with a full factory warranty and are even eligible for retermination (for a reasonable fee), these cords are considered Special Order and are non-returnable.
