This gorgeous and surprisingly heavy CNC-machined aluminum frame provides rock solid stability for any US-style outlet. Designed to complement the world's best outlets, this frame performs several functions and should be considered a must-have for any high-performance system.
First, the GTX Frame is designed to damp vibrations large and small. High mass helps damp wall vibrations keeping the outlet rigidly suspended in place. The non-resonant coating and a special Fluoropolymer damping foil further consume micro-vibrations created by current passing through the outlet.
Secondly, the special grade of aluminum effectively shields against RFI, keeping noise at bay so it can't enter the system via the outlet. Lastly, this wall frame is half an inch thick (13mm)! When the GTX Frame is mounted to a standard outlet box, there will be plenty of room within the box for the depth of a premium outlet as well as all the cabling.
The GTX Frame is designed for use with virtually all US-Style outlets and is compatible with all current Furutech NCF series outlet covers.
