It features exclusive Class A components such as a headphone output, infinite EQ curves including 4 customisable presets, plus 36 EQ curves and a Class A line preamplifier (optional). For the first time, it will be possible to play any vinyl exactly as it should be heard, thanks to the infinite EQ curves available. That’s why the PH-1000 changes the rules of the game, opening the door to a new era of vinyl reproduction.

With 14 gain levels, 12 load levels and 7 capacity options for MM cartridges, it is the ideal phono preamplifier for a high-performance analogue system, capable of reproducing even the most exotic cartridges with perfect synergy, the PH-1000 is a perfect professional tool for high-end recording studios. It also allows users to change settings and make ultra-precise adjustments, e.g. on EQ curves, via the SKC knob and display, even during playback. Its innovative technology simplifies the user experience without affecting audio quality, as everything is done in the analogue domain: the PH-1000’s digital interface is completely independent of the audio path, which remains totally analogue. The result is an ultra-low noise, high-gain phono stage with no audio filters. All functions are handled through discrete audio components, minimising the audio signal path to give extreme audio quality and extract the smallest detail from every vinyl. Powered by Gold Note's firmware, the PH-1000 can be easily updated from your computer when needed.

The PH-1000 offers three independent inputs: two RCA and one XLR.

There are also two additional inputs, one RCA and one XLR, which can be used either for external load, for more control or as line inputs on the PH-1000 LINE. Other features such as headphone output, Mono/Stereo control with phase inversion, L/R channel switching and Subsonic Rumble Filter can also be added, and here is the most advanced phono stage preamplifier on the market.

The PH-1000 LITE is designed for those looking for the highest quality thanks to 3 independent inputs (2 unbalanced RCA, 1 balanced XLR), the possibility to select EQ curves, and the ability to play your own vinyl in Stereo and Mono versions.  The level of quality meets the highest standards throughout production: from the precision-machined aluminium chassis to the electronic components and circuits that undergo stringent computer-controlled QC tests.

The PH-1000 puts you in control of every detail at all times thanks to its colour display powered by our proprietary firmware.

With the SKC (Single Knob Control) knob and display, you have an easy and intuitive way to control the phono preamp and quickly make any adjustments without interrupting audio playback.

The headphone output allows the audio signal to be carried directly from the vinyl to the headphones, taking the shortest possible route: the record, the turntable, the PH-1000 and the headphones.

The modular design offers discerning audiophiles the possibility of equipping the PH-1000 with the Gold Note PSU-1250 or PSU-1000 external power supply, and the TUBE-1012 or TUBE-1006 valve stages, to achieve the highest level of musical realism in terms of dynamics, detail and imaging.

The ideal companion for the 1000 series

PSU-1250 and PSU-1000 are the super inductive external power supplies dedicated to the 1000 Gold Note series, such as CD-1000 MkII, P-1000 MkII and PH-1000. Both PSU-1250 and PSU-1000 are the result of a sophisticated design with an inductive filter on the analog stage and power supply via a double inductor for the positive and negative stage. PSU-1250 has a configuration of 7 transformers, of which 4 are dedicated exclusively to the power stage, with a transformer for the galvanic isolation of the audio stage and 3 to the Dual Choke inductive filter.

PSU-1000 is instead powered by a 5 transformer configuration, 4 for power and galvanic isolation and one for the Dual Choke inductive filter. These external power supplies perfectly filter the electrical signal eliminating possible interference and disturbances so as to allow the electronics to express the sonic characteristics at their best. PSU-1250 and PSU-1000 provide ultra-clean power and all the necessary power without generating Electro Magnetic Interference or Radio-Frequency Interference that could affect the audio signal. All this translates into greater dynamics, better resolution, precise details and maximum realism.
