MWA-EC Electromagnetic Wave Absorber for Outlets (Set of 4)

The original Magnetic Wave Absorber, MWA series, was released in 2009 and become very popular for its sure effect against noise generated by electric magnetic wave around equipment.  MWA-EC created by the develpment that Oyaide applied this MWA material on the top of receptacle cap for preventing EMA, noise and dust altogether with very easy usage which just plug it into the receptacle hole.

Flat metal powder of SENDUST alloy
In the MWA electric wave absober pasted on the top MWA-EC, the material called SENDUST alloy which has strong noise absorbing property is mixed into as powder. This metal was develped in Sendai, Japan in 1930's, is composed of Al, Fe, SiO2. And it is processed into flat shape powder which has higher absorbing property against electric magnetic waves. Oyaide achieved to maximize this property by laying down the powder evenly on its base material which is made of special rubber of polyethylene.

Easy installation, just push in!
MWA-EC can be installed by simply pushing into the receptacle. The hardness controlled pins help for damping the tiny vibrations of the contacts. And the electric magnetic wave absorber contributes to attenuate noise generated by power signal flow. In addition, it is absolutely effective to prevent incorporation of dust and humidity which causes degradation of contacts and troubles of connection.
