The Goldfinger Statement v2.1 goes beyond the previous V2 efforts, eight magnets meticulously matched to create a homogenous flux field which accurately translates groove modulation into an electrical signal. The dual generator coils are precisely wound using ultra-pure 24-karat gold wire around an air core, which eliminates ferrous materials that add unwanted mass and magnetic inconsistencies.
Goldfinger Statement v2.1 significantly reduces moving mass delvering increased dynamic range, better low-level retrieval and ultra-high resolution of the finest musical details. The Goldfinger Statement v2.1 receives Clearaudio's the Prime Line stylus, a grind created specifically for this model.
True to its namesake, the Goldfinger Statement v2.1 chassis is machined from 14-Karat Gold to provide high mass and excellent damping against resonance. The Goldfinger Statement v2.1 is also the first moving coil cartridge in the world to integrate electromagnetic field (EMF) shielding of the generator assembly, thus isolating unwanted external noise contamination.
