The Galileo SX Ground Block Mk II is the ultimate ground filter for your stereo system. Re-engineered with cutting-edge technology originally developed for the flagship cost-no-object, ultra-performance Galileo SX PowerCell.

The chassis of the Galileo SX Ground Block Mk II is machined from a solid billet of aluminum with judiciously applied carbon fibe, which minimizes unwanted vibration and chassis resonance. Inside, the Electromagnetic Cell features three Active EM Cells with Galileo SX PowerCell technology - a pair of rolled EM Cells in carbon fiber housings and one flat Carbon Fiber Electromagnetic Cell with a copper mesh Ground Plane.

The Galileo SX Ground Block Mk II features an improved Multi-Frequency ULF generator with dual channels, delivering twice the signal strength of the original Galileo Active Ground Block SX. A redesigned linear power supply powers the internal ULF generator and active EM cells keeping the noise floor low and signal purity at maximum levels. 

With a whopping 70 ground ports, the Galileo SX Ground Block Mk II accommodates even the most extravagant system configurations. Just like its predecessor, the ABGSX MkII can be custom-tuned to complement any system or personal tastes with the mere press of a button. Changing the bias frequency of the ULF signal generator has an immediate effect on the three Active EM Cells, providing profound changes to the normal soundstaging and imaging characteristics of your system.

This cutting-edge technology allows you to select between four harmonics of the Earth’s Schumann Resonance to bias the internal Electromagnetic Cells to optimize the performance of your Galileo Ground Block SX Mk II to match your system and music choice.

Purple Frequency:
Selecting the Purple internal circuit of the Galileo SX Ground Block generates the ideal environment for systems which have a Synergistic Research Atmosphere or FEQ Acoustic Field Generator. When accompanied by either of those devices, this setting delivers an ideal blend of the Blue and Red settings and their sonic balance.

Blue Frequency:
Selecting the Blue internal circuit of the Galileo SX Ground Block creates the most focused soundstage option, delivering strong dynamics and precise imaging with a slightly more forward presentation than the other options.

Red Frequency:
Selecting the Blue internal circuit of the Galileo SX Ground Block delivers maximum soundstage scale (width, depth and height) delvering a deep soundstage which also envelops the listening position. This setting works best when used with Synergistic Research acoustic products like HFTs, Black Boxes, and Atmosphere or FEQ acoustic field generators.

Green Frequency:
Selecting the Blue internal circuit of the Galileo SX Ground Block is the best setting to use if the system does not have an Atmosphere or FEQ Acoustic Field Generator. Fun fact, Green is the same default bias frequency featured in the original Galileo SX PowerCell and the best-selling Active Ground Block SE.
