The Clearaudio Signature "Satisfy" turntable is a special configuration of the new Concept Signature package, exclusively for the US market. The Signature "Satisfy" comes outfitted with your choice of Satisfy Black or Satisfy Carbon Fiber Silver tonearm.
SIGNATURE TURNTABLE FEATURES
The Signature combines the technological and material science advancements from the entire Clearaudio turntable line, highlighted by the AiR 12v DC coreless motor with a new speed control circuitry derived from our award-winning Reference Jubilee turntable.
TSC SPEED CONTROL
The Signature incorporates a newly developed “Tacho-Speed-Control” that constantly monitors the rotational speed and provides real-time feedback to the control electronics. This enables the system to immediately respond to dynamic influences such as stylus drag, belt tension, friction, or temperature.
IMS MOTOR SUSPENSION
A version of the O-Ring IMS (improved motor suspension), derived from the Reference Jubilee turntable, isolates the AiR DC coreless motor, for enhanced vibration control.
PERFORMANCE DC FEET
Physical isolation is accomplished with convenient leveling feet from the Performance DC turntable.
Chassis: Resonance-optimised turntable. Upper layer incorporates high-tech satined plastic compound. Chassis comprises medium-density wood fibre (silver / black) or pressure-formed solid wood (wood / dark wood). Bottom plate medium-density wood fiber.
Platter: 30mm / 1.18 inch main platter, made out of synthetic material with high-density and excellent dimension / precision CNC machined aluminium sub-platter.
Drive System: Decoupled and resonance damped 12V DC coreless motor with (IMS) “Innovative Motor Suspension“ (Suspension design of the motor using O-rings), flat belt-drive; the speed is monitored and controlled by the (TSC) Tacho Speed Control system.
Speed Options: 33 ⅓, 45 rpm
Bearing: Polished and tempered steel spindle in a sintered bronze bushing, running on a teflon thrust-pad.
