The LW-7N is the hybrid lead wire made of Ultra High Purity Copper wire of 7N and 6 N. The end of the wire is fastened by a Rhodium-plated terminal.
As there is no foreign particle other than Copper 7N (99.99999 % purity) in the wire, the music signal can be transmitted without any noise.

Ortofon-branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with Ortofon’s user manuals. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Ortofon, at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge or (2) exchange the product with one of equivalent functionality or one that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship as well as normal depletion of consumable parts such as styli unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
