Give your speaker isolation system a stable foundation on carpet with the IsoAcoustics GAIA-TITAN Neo Carpet Disc. Designed for use beneath GAIA-TITAN Neo isolators, this accessory provides firm support on thick-pile carpet and carpet with underpadding.
Soft carpet can make it difficult for an isolator to rest on a solid surface. The carpet disc provides a stable seating surface beneath the isolator, while its spikes extend through the carpet to help establish a firm foundation. This allows the isolator to work effectively in carpeted listening rooms.
Most carpets compress under the weight of the speaker, allowing the spikes to reach the floor below. On very thick carpet, the disc can still provide support even when the spikes do not reach the floor. Carpet discs are optional accessories recommended for thicker carpets and are generally unnecessary on thin carpet.
Install the carpet discs after the isolators are fitted and the speaker or subwoofer is in its final listening position. Position a disc beneath each isolator and check that every disc sits level and is properly aligned. Remove the discs before moving the speaker.
Select the Neo Carpet Disc to match your GAIA-TITAN Neo isolators. The discs provide support on carpet; vibration isolation is provided by the GAIA-TITAN Neo isolators, which are sold separately.
