Pricing:

We use a sliding discount scale based on the value of your current order plus the total business you have done with us in the past, which means the more you buy from us over time, the better your pricing on each subsequent purchase! Discounts and incentives apply to all orders over $50.

In some cases we have special sales offering even better prices to our customers than our Sliding Scale of Discounts would provide. Of course Used Products have big discounts! And some manufacturers may restrict their dealers' ability to offer discounts. With The Cable Company you can always be assured that we will apply the lowest possible price to your order, whether this is a special offer in effect at the time of your order, or our Frequent Flyer Sliding Scale of Discounts, or a Manufacturer's Minimum.

Discounts do not appear on our website order form, but will be manually applied to your orders when they are processed in our office. We will confirm your order including final pricing, and freight costs by email. Or if you want to know all incentives and freight costs before finalizing your order, choose "Request Final Price" when you are completing your order, and we will send you a pro forma invoice for your approval before completing the order.

Shipping costs:

Freight costs will be applied to your on-line and other orders using these guidelines: Within the continental USA we offer FREE surface freight for terminated cables (unterminated bulk cable not included) and small item purchases over $50. For expedited freight, orders under $50, unterminated bulk cable, heavyweight or large items such as racks and some acoustic treatments, and for all Used Items, freight costs will be calculated using this schedule:

* UPS/Fedex standard surface or USPS: first pound, $7.99, each additional pound, $1.50
* UPS/FedEx 3 day air: first pound, $14.95, each additional pound, $1.95
* UPS/FedEx 2 day air: first pound, $17.95, each additional pound, $2.50
* UPS/FedEx next day air: first pound, $25.95, each additional pound, $3.95
* UPS/FedEx next day air for Saturday delivery: first pound, $51.95, each additional pound, $3.95

Express Mail will be calculated at the same rates as UPS/FedEx 2 day air (above). For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico only US Priority Mail, Express Mail, 2 Day and Next Day services are available. Add $3.99 to any of the above rates to determine the freight cost for these shipments.
