Better than expected 9:1 Match for Summer Against Hunger contributions.

Summer Against Hunger: We want to thank everyone who made a purchase in August during our 2007 fundraiser for CARE. We are still counting the final contributions from our participating vendors, but we do have some great news: CARE has helped identify a better-than-expected matching grant of 9:1 from the European Community. This means that for your Cable Company purchases in August of new products from a participating vendor, a $1 purchase results in a $1 donation to CARE including matching funds! For used products and purchases from our suppliers who were not participating in the fundraiser, this still means an amount equal to half of everything you spent with us in August will end up supporting CARE.
