Interconnects by
Manufactuer's Description:
It is destined to become a modern classic
with its unprecedented blend of precision build, attention to detail and sheer value for money.
Design:
Basic Square RCA is Double-Balanced design.
This means there are identical insulated conductors for the positive and negative connections. In
addition, the design can make a separate conductor underneath the 100% coverage foil shield. The great advantage of this design is providing extremely
effective shielding without contaminating the quality of the negative conducting path.
Basic Square XLR is Triple-Balanced design.
This means
there are three identical insulated conductors. In addition, the design can make a separate conductor underneath the 100% coverage foil shield. When used
with XLR connectors and balanced electronics, the two positive signals and the negative, all get the same low distortion path. The shield is attached to
chassis ground through the case of the XLR, providing extremely effective shielding without contaminating the quality of the negative conducting path.
Conductors:
The construction of Conductor is Multi-Strand. This is the best
idea for eliminating skin-effect.
Metal information:
The metal is High
Purity Oxygen-Free Copper (HPOFC) similar to our Chime Square and Synchrony Square series. It is low loss dielectric as well.
Shielding information:
There is 100% Copper Braided Shielding and Foil Shielding for maximum noise
rejection.
Terminations:
Cold Soldering is our choice of termination as
the tradition of all GutWire products. There is nothing between the connector and the conductor. It is the best way to reduce signal loss and preserve the
purity of the signal.
